Affiliation Policy
Quality Support for all Members & Schools
Many martial art administrations take their members for granted, however, within KMMA every new member is important to us and you will be accepted with respect and welcomed into the organization. This is one characteristic that separates KMMA from many other organizations. Kajukembo Mixed Martial-art Association accepts two types of martial art schools or clubs within the organizational identity;
  • Branch Schools - The first is a direct spin-off or "branch school" of the headquarters (Park School) and these members must maintain close liaison and regular instruction from Professor Park or his designated instructors. All branch school students must be registered individual members of the KMMA organization.
  • Affiliated Schools - The second membership is represented by "affiliated schools". These are independent schools that may also offer different martial arts and ways while making the transition or while participating in Kajukembo training. These schools are also welcome to participate in any other optional KMMA organizational events like seminars, promotional activities, business meetings and instructor training. A minimum of ten registered students must be individual members of the KMMA organization and these annual membership fees are shared with the chief instructor of the affiliated school.
  • Individual Memberships - Most individual memberships are registered with KMMA through an affiliated school (minimum ten registered students required). Any black belt from another Kajukembo organization, however, if non-affiliated at the time may transfer their alliance to KMMA Kajukembo. "Kenpo Karate" black belts desiring to transition to the Kajukembo division of Kempo Karate from other organizations are welcome. Black belts from other martial arts and ways who are committed to learning Kajukembo will receive a provisional membership good for one year pending an official recognition from the board.
As a branch or affiliated school owner, you are joining a "family" and a tradition of excellence and we will all succeed together. If you are not specifically trained in "Kajukembo", you will have an opportunity to "catch up" through individual lessons, media classes, seminars and group classes. When you are accepted as a new member, you receive important initial instructions and important historical guidance about what it means to be a Kajukembo student. No technique or knowledge is ever "held back" from a student and certified Instructors take care to make sure everyone understands the material and can perform the techniques with high standards. In this way, we also look forward to learning from your past experience and skills.

Accept the challenge and join Kajukembo Mixed Martial-arts Association.
